The people behind Employ Northwest:
Frances is an Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, author, and veteran. She received her ADN-RN from Linn-Benton Community College, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of North Alabama, Master of Science in Nursing from Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, and is finalizing her Doctorate in Business Administration. Frances has over 20 years of professional nursing service working in various settings, from emergency care to home health. As a veteran, she has worked within the military health care system and is keenly aware of the intricacies of government employment.

Abdullah has experience in both event management and staff training. He obtained his Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management from France and Saudi Arabia. Additionally, he gained logistics and operational experience working for Unilever. In 2016, Abdullah earned his Master in Business Administration from Willamette University in Oregon, USA. Abdullah currently serves as a board chair and advises in the financial committee for a local nonprofit bike shop co-op.

Keith is both a Registered Nurse and Certified Diabetes Educator. He received his ADN - RN degree from Prince George's Community College and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Keith has personal experience as an Emergency Room nurse and as a clinical nurse in both Family Practice and Disease Management. He also has experience working as a government contractor and is knowledgable about the government contracting process to fill vacancies with qualified health care providers.
